RS PRO Straight M12 to Straight M12 Cable assembly, 5 Core 2 m Cable


Commonly used in sensor and automation equipment to transmit data, this 5-core cable assembly comes with two secure straight M12 connectors. One end has a plug connector, the other a socket. It's from our trusted RS PRO range.

The connectors provide a secure connection and are corrosion-resistant, thanks to their nickel-plated brass coupling nut. They have a neoprene O-ring seal to keep liquids out.

It's been tested to ensure it won't damage equipment through electrostatic discharge (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007). An RoHS compliance certificate verifies that it contains minimal hazardous substances (RoHS). Sheathed in polyurethane (PUR), the cable will also withstand various industrial chemicals.

This 2-metre cable can be used safely from -25°C to +75°C. It has an outer diameter of 5.5 mm, a cross-sectional area of 0.34 mm and a voltage rating of 60 V. It's used in applications such as process control and commercial electronics.
