All these are metric coarse thread. The fine thread pitch would normally start at M8 diameter.
Thread pitch as follows.
M3 x 0.5mm pitch.
M4 x 0.7mm pitch.
M5 x 0.8mm pitch.
M6 x 1.0mm pitch.

The screw measures 6 mm long and has M3 threading for a tight fastening.
