RS Pro Scribe - Diamond-tipped


Our RS Pro scribe can sometimes be referred to as a "scriber", it is a pointed instrument that is capable of engraving stainless steel, glass, ceramic, silicon and silica filled plastics. The scribe has a polished 90° cone-shaped industrial diamond that is mounted within a steel constructed pen-like scribe, designed for hand marking very hard components and materials. The scribe is suitable for hand scribing, breaking of glass rod and ceramic or silicon substrates that are up to 0.5 mm thick.
