Smartscan MFU Type 011149
The MFU Type 011149 from Smartscan offers you a reliable, smart and affordable safety relay. The type 011149 conforms to ISO 9001:2008 certification, assuring you full confidence in the quality, reliability and overall safety of this piece of Smartscan equipment.
What are some of the features?
• LED status indicators offering you quick visual checks to ensure safety can be easily monitored at all times.
• A reset function allowing you to manually override the relay whenever needed.
• DIN Rail mounting to an enclosure of 70mm
• External device monitor letting you know if your relay has any issues, such as welded contact.
• Safety monitored output relays with contacts rated at 250V AC, 4A.
• Built to the reliable EN ISO 13849 with Power loss (PL) category D.
• Third mute input channel (mute enable) is provided with the unit
• Dual input is available for the PLUS series of light curtain and a ’guard override’ function is then available to help negate the light curtain for a short period of time where needed. This may be essential in some automated packaging industries that need to prevent personnel but also allow pallet loads through.
Safety indication status:
• Red LED on = Power on
• Green LED on = Input on
• Yellow LED on = EDM on
Safety outputs:
• 2 x Fail-safe change over contacts, each with a 250V AC, 4A rating
