SICK RE21 Safety Switch Actuator Included, Vistal, Magnet

This safety switch is a non-contact magnetic sensor designed to monitor guard positions in industrial environments. It operates with reed outputs and connects via a short cable with an M8 4-pin male connector, offering status indication through LEDs. The unit is housed in VISTAL® material and is intended for use where a compact, sealed interlock is required while the safety logic is handled by external circuitry.

It uses reed switch outputs providing one normally open and one normally closed contact for safety signalling.

It meets vibration resistance of 10Hz to 55Hz with 1mm amplitude and shock resistance of 30g for 11ms.
