Omron D4SL Series Operation Key

This safety interlock component provides a keyed operation Interface for guard-lock safety-door switches in industrial automation environments. Designed as a replaceable operation key accessory, it enables controlled insertion and removal of the key to permit or prevent access to hazardous areas. It is intended for use with compatible guard-lock safety-door switch assemblies and suited to lightweight door applications and aluminium framing.

The solenoid operates at 24V DC with an initial inrush period followed by a constant current mode

The accessory supports a lockout key function and a slide handle mechanism that prevents door closure unless the lockout key is correctly inserted and turned.

It is rated for −10 to 55°C ambient and up to 95% humidity

Use the specified mounting screws and washers, secure at multiple points, and maintain the ±0.5mm SHOT bolt-to-guide gap for correct operation.
