IDEM GLHD Rope Pull Switch 80 m, Horizontal, 2 NO/4 NC

The IDEM Guardian Line GLHD-SS is a heavy duty Safety Rope Pull Switch designed to mount to machines and sections of conveyors which cannot be protected by guards. The 316 grade stainless steel housing is robust and offers resistance to various environmental factors including pressure washing at high temperatures, up to IP69K. The dual head design means it can cover 100m per side, essentially halving the number rope switches required, reducing electrical wiring, and installation time. The GLHD-SS has an internal contact block with 4NC for safety and 2NO for indication. The status indicator (tensioning window) is included on each head, making it very easy to install and maintain for trouble free operation. The integrated bi colour LED indicates flashing red when stopped and steady green when running. In combination with any dual channel safety monitoring device, the GLHD-SS Safety Pull Cord can be used as emergency stop device up to PLe in accordance with ISO 13849-1.
