RS PRO Flat Ribbon Cable, 50-Way, 1.27mm Pitch, 5m Length

Mass termination can be time-consuming – why not make life simpler with this 50-way flat ribbon cable from the trusted RS PRO range? Commonly used with computers and audio and digital equipment, you can use it to connect devices that transmit data. It has a red edge marking the first conductor, so you can split the ribbon as you choose by tearing between conductors.

It's unscreened, comes in a 5 m length and is 63.5 mm wide. Each 0.13 mm² (AWG 28) conductor comprises seven strands. They operate down to -20˚C and up to +105˚C and have a voltage rating of 300 V.

Conforming to the UL 2651 standard, you can use this cable for all insulation displacement connectors (IDC). It also meets ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 so it won't damage equipment through electrostatic discharge. RoHS compliant, it contains minimal hazardous substances.
