Eaton 2.6 A Resettable Fuse, 6V

This resettable fuse is a polymer-based protective device designed to limit excessive current in low-voltage systems. It operates as an automatic overcurrent protector, reverting to normal conductivity after fault removal and cooling. The component is supplied on a reel for convenient assembly into surface-mount production lines and is intended for use where repeated trip/reset cycles and Compact integration are required.

When current exceeds the trip threshold it increases resistance, reducing current flow until the fault clears and temperature falls.

It carries cURus, UL and RoHS approvals allowing conformity with common safety and material directives.

The component has a 0.4mm height suitable for low-profile board layouts.

Minimum measured resistance is around 3mΩ while maximum is specified as 0.02Ω.
