The EDC PROTECTION Aluminized hood is made from 500g per square meter aluminized para-aramid fiber and lined with 100 percent flame-retardant Proban cotton at 330g per square meter. It features an adjustable integrated steelworker's helmet (compatible with Schuberth Bop, Centurion Vulcain, or MSA Thermal guard) and includes a replaceable clear or gold TRIPLEX glass visor measuring either 250x150mm or 220x100mm. The hood is designed with shoulder covers, side ventilation, and hearing vents for added comfort. A variant is available with an extended chest protector down to the waist and a mesh visor in front of the main visor. A hanging tab on top allows convenient storage.
