RS PRO Green Round Polyurethane Belt


This round polyurethane belt from RS PRO is used to transfer power in manufacturing processes across a range of industries. You can use this belt in a variety of applications including packaging machines or line-shaft conveyors.

The belt has a diameter of 6 mm, a length of 30 m and a high working-load capacity of 7.6 kg based on an 8% tension. Polyurethane offers high tensile strength and good elasticity, so it's often preferred over rubber as it's easier to connect and manipulate. This is especially practical where a twist is needed to drive a pulley at an angle.

The polyurethane material is also high performing, as it's extremely resistant to oil, chemicals and abrasion. The belt is safe for use at temperatures ranging from -30°C to +80°C, making it useful in cold-storage environments and distribution centres.
