RS PRO Solder Tag, Brass Contacts, Tin Plated
This RS PRO solder tag establishes connections with electrical components that can't be soldered without interrupting the electrical current. It's made from materials such as aluminium and those insulated with plastic to connect electrical conducting parts.
Use both British Association (BA) and metric screws to fasten the tag so that it doesn't move when you solder and thread a wire. Its tin-plated brass construction ensures the solder and wire form a secure attachment with the tag, so it conducts electricity effectively. As hot-tin plating is also less porous, it resists corrosion and makes the tag more durable. The tag's ductility allows it to withstand degrees of manipulation without breaking so that you can fit it as necessary.
The solder tag complies with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) standards, meaning it contains only trace levels of any harmful materials. This product is suitable for solder joints in electronic appliances.
