The Infineon analog absolute pressure sensor IC based on a capacitive principle. It is surface micro machined with a monolithic integrated signal conditioning circuit implemented in Bi CMOS technology. The calibrated transfer function converts a pressure range of 40 kPa to 115 kPa into a voltage range of 0.5 V to 4.5 V. It has broken wire detection and green 8 pin SMD housing.
