The Wurth Elektronik differential pressure sensor mostly used in HVAC, filter monitoring, gas leak detection, inhalers and fume hood. It operates on MEMS based piezo-resistive sensing principle. It has analogue and I²C digital communication interface. Pressure sensing range is from -1 kPa to 1 kPa.
