The Infineon high side power switch with integrated vertical power FET, providing embedded protection and diagnostic functions. It replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits. It has short circuit, overload, overvoltage protection. It has CMOS compatible input and thermal shutdown with restart.
