The STMicroelectronics ISO8200BQ is a 8-channel galvanic isolated driver featuring a very low supply current. It consists of two independent galvanic isolated voltage domains (VCC for the power stage and VDD for the digital stage). The applications include programmable logic control, industrial PC peripheral input/output, numerical control machines and drivers for all types of loads (resistive, capacitive, inductive).

Offers short-circuit, channel and case over-temperature, ESD and loss of GNDCC and VCC protection

Safety limits according to VDE0884-11 and UL1577 and UL508 certified

Designed to meet IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-4, IEC 61000-4-5 and IEC 61000-4-8
