RS PRO Spiral Cable H07BQ-F TB28 FLEX power cable is a heavy-duty spiral cable designed to
provide a reliable power connection in applications where flexibility, durability, and repeated
movement are required. Constructed with 5-core 6.00 mm² conductors MADE from tinned copper
wire, the cable delivers dependable electrical performance while offering enhanced resistance to
corrosion. The cable features EPR/EPDM conductor insulation and a robust Orange polyurethane
(PUR) outer sheath that provides excellent resistance to abrasion, mechanical stress, and frequent
flexing. Its spiral design allows the cable to extend up to 2 m when required and retract when not in
use, helping to improve cable management and reduce the risk of tangling or damage.


This cable is commonly used for supplying power to movable machinery, industrial equipment,
handling systems, automation installations, and other applications where cables are regularly
subjected to movement and mechanical strain. Typical applications include production equipment,
