RS PRO Pneumatic Quick Connect Coupling Steel 1/4 in Threaded
This pneumatic quick connect coupling from the reliable RS PRO range provides a secure connection for most compressed-air applications. It's a single shut-off coupling with a G standard 1/4 in male thread. It has a PCL-made fitting that attaches quickly to a hose or air tool by pulling back the collar on the corresponding female connector. It features a positive connection with a bayonet head to prevent accidental disconnection.
The Instantair adaptor is made from zinc-plated steel for corrosion resistance. It's designed to ensure maximum efficiency, with a coupling that features a positive seal to allow zero leakage. The coupling will operate up to a maximum pressure of 35 bar and a maximum temperature of +100˚C, and down to a minimum temperature of -20˚C.
Compressed air is used in a wide range of industrial applications, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) control systems, sandblasting and injection moulding.
