The set features a mini-cutter with a flush cutting capacity of 1.5 mm for soft materials, 0.8 mm for medium materials, and is not suitable for hard or piano wire cutting. Additionally, the set includes a top cutter with a flush cutting capacity of 0.8 mm for soft materials, 0.6 mm for medium materials, and is not suitable for hard or piano wire. Each tool has an approximate head width of 10 mm and is equipped with a two-component ESD plastic handle that is ergonomically shaped and dissipative, ranging between 10^6 and 10^9 ohm.
