The Schneider Electric High speed counter module base is a component designed for the Modicon Momentum series. It is configured with 6 inputs and 4 outputs. The counting input supports both absolute and incremental counting types. For absolute counting, it uses SSI with up, down, and four sub modes. Incremental counting supports up, down, and quadrature modes. The counting input voltage is 24 V in single ended mode and 5 V in differential mode. The counting frequency is up to 10 KHz in single ended mode and 200 KHz in differential mode. The counter has a resolution of 24 bits plus sign and can be configured via a communication adapter.
