We are proudly introducing our own branded RS PRO PEEK Rod (known as Round Bar), 300 mm long with a beige, natural appearance.

Our Rod provides excellent resistance to a wide range of organic and inorganic liquids. No significant degradation in steam or high-pressure water environments makes ideal for applications like valve seats in steam and water mixers or components in a high-temperature diesel engine turbo actuator.

The continues working temperature tolerance is up to + 250°C to suits different project requirements.

The 300 mm Beige Rod characterising continuous working temperature approximately at 250°C, increasing part life in sliding applications

Our 450 g Plastic Rod can absorb over 1000 Mrads (Milliradian or mil is international unit) of radiation without appreciable loss of mechanical properties

The Rod is resistant to all common solvents

Our thermoplastic (PEEK) provides impressive abrasion and impact resistant qualities

The Round Bar characterising of excellent deformation under load exhibits low smoke and toxic gas emission when exposed to a flame
