RS PRO, 20-Way, 2 Row, Straight Pin Header

Connect two printed circuit board units in a straightforward and timely fashion with this PCB pin header. As no soldering or wiring is required, you can separate the boards again with ease should repairs or modifications be needed.

The unshrouded pin header can simply be snapped to achieve the desired length thanks to its 2.54 mm pitch. It features through-hole mounting and solder termination. All of this makes for easier and more permanent connections. To prevent oxidation, corrosion and degradation, the contacts of the pin header are made from brass with a pure, bright tin plating. The tin finish also offers high-quality surface flatness.

This component is made from black glass-filled PBT, a material that's been certified UL94V-0 for fire safety, as well as being stringently tested to meet RS PRO standards. Suitable for both prototyping and more permanent solutions, it's commonly used in wire wrap, board-to-board electronics applications and programming.
