The Keysight Technologies Power supply analysis software (input, switching, output, SOA) for Infiniium oscilloscopes. The broad range of automated power supply characterization measurements includes critical frequency response measurements such as power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and control loop response (Bode plots).
