Give your system a boost with this advanced motor starter from Schneider Electric. It connects equipment directly to the supply unit, delivering full line voltage to get things up and running. The unit falls into the AC-41, AC-44 and AC-43 utilisation categories, making it the right choice for starting and switching off squirrel cage motors, as well as non-inductive loads. It loses just 3W of power to heat during operation, so you can rest assured of energy efficiency. What's more, it works optimally in operating temperatures ranging between -25°C and +70°C, making it fit for challenging settings.

The TeSys U is a modular system for motor control; it enables the user to create a customised solution for their control requirements, from a series of standard modules. The plug-in modules allow the assembly and wiring before the selection of motor protection parameters and control voltages, they can be created or changed in seconds by changing the plug-in modules. A host of DOL starting applications can be catered for.

    • Tesys model U is easy to select:


    First choose a Power Base- 12A or 32A, direct on line or reversing. The power base includes 2 auxiliary contacts.

    Then choose the plug-in protection module by motor full load current and control voltage required.

    Additional plug in functions can be selected and added at any time.

    The plug-in bases can use any LU9 type blocks see stock no. 493-8779 for base option
