ROHM Motor Driver IC


The ROHM 10-pin motor driver is a full bridge, HSIP package up to 2.2A output current IC. The output modes are of four types: normal, reverse, stop (idling) and braking per input logic (2 inputs). The output voltage can be optionally set by the reference voltage setting pin. This is through-hole mount type IC with built-in thermal shutdown circuit.
