Detects phase sequence errors and phase failure

with 2 changeovers

The BA9041 can recognise the phase sequence L1 - L2 - L3 of a three-phase network and therefore avoid an incorrect rotational direction.

The BA9041 phase sequence relay monitors the presence of the 3 phase voltages in a three-phase network in addition to the maintenance of the correct phase sequence. If all 3 phase voltages are present at the device in the correct phase sequence, the output contacts change over from the initial position to the operative position, contacts 11-14 and 21-24 are closed, and a green LED lights up.

If the voltage falls below 60 % U_N in one phase, the relay is de-energised (in accordance with: IEC 255, VDE 0435).
