Products have been developed and tested specifically for automotive applications and all manufacturing facilities are QS9000 and VDA 6.4 approved. AVX X7R Dielectric capacitors are called temperature stable" ceramics and fall into EIA Class II materials. The dielectric chip usage covers a broad range of industrial applications where known changes in capacitance due to applied voltages are acceptable. The AVX Standard Commercial-Grade MLCCs are available in case sizes 0402, 0805, and 0603. Voltage Range: 4 V to 500 V. Capacitance Range: 100 pF to 22 μF.
