The STMicroelectronics is an STM32H7 family type, LQFP package, surface mount, 208-pin 32-bit arm cortex-M7 core microcontroller. It has a maximum voltage rating of 3.6V. The microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 400MHz and features 128KB ISP flash program memory, 10MB of SRAM. It has features a floating-point unit (FPU) which supports Arm double-precision and single-precision data-processing instructions and data types. STM32H743xI devices support a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to enhance application security.
