RS PRO Stainless Steel Metal Sheet 1000mm x 1000mm, 1mm Thick

Manufactured from a non-magnetic metal, this general-purpose stainless-steel sheet can be used in a variety of applications. Part of our tried-and-tested RS PRO range, the sheet is ideal for making or repairing mechanical or chemical equipment.

The steel in this sheet includes molybdenum, making it corrosion-resistant. This means it's suitable for use in applications moisture is expected in the air – for example, industrial laundries and processing plants. Thanks to its toughness, it's also good for use in the chemical industry. The addition of molybdenum makes the steel easy to weld and shape, making it useful when doing repairs on site. As the steel is easy to polish, you can blend in repairs and replacements.

To ensure safe handling, each metal sheet has a bar-rolled edge. As part of the RS PRO range, this product meets high standards of quality and is RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant.
