RS PRO ’Do not operate’ lockout tag

From the trusted brand RS PRO, comes a clear and easy to read ’Do not operate’ lockout tag. Produced from hard PVC and featuring a nylon tie, this tag is hard-wearing, durable and versatile and is an excellent solution for instructing people for their own safety to not operate hazardous machinery or equipment that may require maintenance and repair

Features and benefits:

One side of the tag features the ’No entry’ symbol with a large printed warning: ’Do not operate’, as well as space to detail who is authorised to remove the tag and the expected completion date.

The other side of the tag allows space for more detail and features the ’No entry’ symbol again, then states: ’This energy source has been LOCKED OUT. Unauthorised removal of this lock/tag may result in disciplinary action'. Space is then provided for ’Remarks’ allowing for customisation to specific requirements.

Length of 160mm and width of 75mm
