From the trusted brand RS PRO, comes a clear and easy to read ’Do Not Switch On’ lockout tag. Produced from hard PVC and featuring a nylon tie, this tag is hard-wearing, durable and versatile and is an excellent solution for instructing people for their own safety to not operate hazardous machinery or equipment that may require maintenance and repair

Features and benefits:


  • One side of the tag features the ’No entry’ symbol for immediate visual impact, then a large warning message ’Do not switch on, under maintenance’.

  • The flip side of the tag mirrors the first side, but additionally allows space for ’Remarks’, ’Signed by’ and ’Date’.

  • Length of 160mm and width of 75mm
