The SML-M1 series is a range of compact LEDs from ROHM semiconductor. The SML-M1 devices also have a reflector. A die is located at the centre of the package in order to achieve an equal light distribution. The SML-M1 LEDs come in the 20125 (0805) package.

Package size: 2 x 1.25 x 0.8mm

The Rohm SML series LED having green colour. It has operating temperature range from -40 to +85 ºC.
