The OSRAM Opto Semiconductors SFH 4641 MIDLED® is a narrow beam LED in MIDLED package of 940 nm. The product has qualification test plan which is based on the guidelines of AEC-Q101-REV-C, stress test qualification for automotive grade discrete semiconductors. It can be used in various applications such as electronic equipment, gesture recognition as well as remote control, proximity, ambient light sensing.
