The Broadcom PLCC IR LEDs are available in 850 nm and 940 nm peak wavelength range, appropriate for specific devices such as infrared illumination and industrial sensing. The industrial standard 3.5mm x 2.8mm x 1.9mm package design is suitable for a wide variety of applications. The package is compatible with reflow soldering process. To facilitate easy pick and place assembly, the LEDs are packed in tape and reel.
