RS PRO 220V ac 1 Fan Bench Top, Ioniser

This fan benchtop ioniser can neutralise a workbench or surface to remove the risk of damage to sensitive electronic components by electrostatic discharge.

The compact ioniser, which is usually placed at one end of a workbench, uses steady-state DC ionisation. This means it uses a lower operating current to efficiently produce ions, making it a good option for clean rooms. It will neutralise a 1,000 V charge to 100 V in less than 1.5 seconds at a distance of 30 cm. The sealed thru-tunnel airflow design creates a constant flow across the workspace. The ioniser comes with an emitter point cleaner pack and a certificate of calibration. Power cords can be purchased separately.
