This curved ceramic heating element from RS PRO is suitable for curing both coats of paint and plastic weldings. Because it can convert up to 96% of the input power into heat, it's also highly energy efficient.

The wire in this heating element is embedded inside the heater itself. It creates long-wave infrared in parallel rays, while the special curved design focuses heat exactly where you need it for a very efficient curing process. The glazed ceramic construction helps protect the unit from corrosion.

This long-lasting heating element has a working life of between 5,000 and 10,000 hours. It's power rated at 400 W, with a supply voltage of 230 V AC. Heaters of this kind are typically used in manufacturing applications.
