RS PRO Stainless Steel Globe Valve, 3/8 in BSP 32 bar

Use this RS PRO globe valve to stop and start the flow through a pipeline and control the rate of flow. By rotating the handwheel, you can decrease the speed and pressure of the water or gas travelling through the valve or open it back up again to full power.
The body of the valve is made of stainless steel. This material is highly resistant to rust and doesn't warp at high or low temperatures, so it's suitable for any environment where there may be extremes of temperature or pressure. It's also highly durable and stands up well against corrosion, so you can use it in pipelines transporting a wide range of liquids and gasses.
This valve causes a pressure drop during operation, meaning it's most suitable for situations where a constant flow isn't required. It's often used in cooling water or fluid oil systems, or for boiler and main steam vents.
