The Hammond type 4X/ 6P die cast aluminium enclosure is watertight, UL listed and has thick walls. It is two piece tongue & groove construction with a replaceable one-piece silicone rubber gasket provides protection against access of dust and water. Gasket supplied loose inside the enclosure (not pre-installed). Four recessed stainless steel machine screws secure lid into tapped holes. It is easy to wall mount using through box - blind hole construction, outside of gasket protection. it is grey in colour and has 98 x 64 x 26 mm dimensions.
It has IP68 protection
Its gasket has a temperature rating of -40°C to +150°C
