RS PRO Two-Part ABS Enclosure

Introducing the range of RS PRO IP54 General Purpose ABS Enclosures. This two-part enclosure is a high-quality and high-frequency unit and is ideal for shielding electronic equipment. It is also suitable for a range of other applications and has an IP rating of IP54 making it a great unit for basic protection and ideal for applications that don’t require hermetic seals.

Features and Benefits:

• The enclosure lid and base are moulded in durable and high-strength ABS and both parts offer recesses for keypads and overlays

• The solid ABS material reduces noise and the IP54 rating means it’s a useful unit that keeps dust and debris out

• The unit also offers a shock protection rating of IK07 to ensure that the contents inside the enclosure are not damaged if the enclosure is dropped or damaged in any way

• The general-purpose enclosure lid is mounted by four screws for easy assembly

• Polished finish for easy cleaning and keeping the surface dust and debris free

• Size 151 x 93.1 x 25.5 mm

What is Ingress Protection?

Can the enclosure be used outside?

This enclosure has an IP54 rating so only protected from water spray, so this product is not recommended for outside use.
