Infineon IR25603STRPBF 2, 180 mA, 15.6V 8-Pin, SOIC

The Infineon self oscillating half bridge driver IC comes with programmable shutdown and programmable frequency. It has a floating channel designed for bootstrap operation. A shutdown feature has been designed into the CT pin, so that both gate driver outputs can be disabled using a low voltage control signal.
