Silicon Labs Si826x range of ISOdrivers are pin-compatible drop-in upgrades for popular gate drive optocouplers. These devices are ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs used in a wide variety of inverter and motor control applications. The Si826x isolated gate drivers use Silicon Labs proprietary silicon isolation technology which supports up to 5.0 kV RMS.
