The ifm electronic Flow Transmitter with Integrated Backflow Prevention is designed specifically for measuring liquids such as water. It operates effectively within a medium temperature range of 10 to 180°C and supports a static pressure rating of up to 30 bar. The device requires an operating voltage of 24 V DC with a tolerance of -15% to +10%, and it consumes less than 35 mA of current. It is protected to Class III standards and includes reverse polarity protection. The transmitter provides an analogue current output in the range of 4 to 20 mA, suitable for loads up to 500 Ohm. It features both short circuit and overload protection, ensuring reliable operation in demanding conditions.
