Belden Cat5e Ethernet Cable, 24AWG - 1583ENH

Opt for this Ethernet cable from Belden to enable speedy data transfer for your devices and equipment. The versatile component is unterminated at both ends, letting you choose the right connectors for your system. It's made of eight conductor wires twisted together in pairs to prevent crosstalk and electromagnetic interference (EMI), so you can rely on it for noiseless transmission. With a data transfer rate of up to 1000Mbps, the cable is the ideal choice for high-speed networks. It's also commonly used for local area network (LAN) connections in commercial and industrial environments.

Features & Benefits

• PVC outer sheath for impact and abrasion resistance

• Copper conductors for a stable and reliable connection

• Low mutual capacitance of 56pF/m (picofarads per metre) for high integrity signals

• Wide operating temperature of -30°C to +60°C for safe industrial use

• Polyethylene (PE) insulation to protect you from electric shocks

Applications

• CCTV systems

• Fiber distributed data interface (FDDI) networks

What's an LSZH cable?

An LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) cable like this one emits minimal smoke and no halogens when a fire occurs. This means it's not toxic when it burns and it's a safe choice for potentially hazardous industrial settings.
