Need to create a temporary and controlled ESD (electrostatic discharge) protected area while working in the field? This RS PRO ESD field kit is portable and easy to set up.

Create a workspace where you can unpack and handle ESDS (electrostatic discharge sensitive) devices with minimal risk of their being damaged by static electricity. It comes with a handy pouch so you can store your kit securely and you can wipe it clean with a mild detergent for time-saving maintenance.

This mat has two pockets that help you organise your tools and the kit includes a crocodile clip and snap fasteners to fit everything together quickly. Service engineers use anti-static service kits like this one to safely work on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other ESD-sensitive components.
