RS PRO Anti-Condensation Enclosure Heater


Introducing the range of RS PRO Enclosure Heaters, specifically designed for use in switch and control gear enclosures, providing a low wattage heater to prevent condensation inside the enclosure that could damage expensive equipment. Each heater has been designed with a vitreous enamelled resistor mounted in a sheet case and offers a removable, perforated steel sheet cover for ease of access. Small and versatile, the range of RS PRO enclosure heaters are the perfect choice for a variety of enclosure heating applications.

  • The range of RS PRO enclosure heaters are designed as high quality, heavy-duty power resistor enclosures (IP20), manufactured from Zinc plated steel with a powder-coated finish for optimum protection

  • They contain a vitreous enamelled resistor that is mounted in a sheet steel case and have a removable perforated sheet steel cover for easy access allowing for quick visual inspection

  • In addition to this, there is a cable entry grommet at each end and M4 terminal screws are provided on the resistor for easy installation

  • They are incredibly versatile heating units that can be used in a range of applications but are especially suited to switch and control gear enclosures

  • This range of RS PRO anti-condensation heaters have been designed for use where a low wattage heater is required to prevent condensation and frost, and manage temperature fluctuations that could impact the electrical components and equipment housed inside the enclosure
