The Microchip Single-channel high voltage digital potentiometer supporting 10V to 36V or ±5V to ±18V power rails. It offers 8-bit resolution with an SPI interface and is available in TSSOP-14 and QFN-20 5x5 packages. End-to-end resistance options include 5kΩ, 10kΩ, 50kΩ, and 100kΩ. Guaranteed operation over an extended temperature range from –40°C to +125°C.
