Each conductor comprises 7 strands of tinned copper, offering a balance of flexibility and conductivity.

Cores are cabled with a non-woven polyester tape wrap and arranged from inner to outer layers to preserve layout and reduce internal movement.

The jacket is a black PVC formulation selected for sunlight resistance and mechanical protection while allowing ripcord-assisted sheath removal.

The outer print includes manufacturer identification, style and temperature/voltage classifications, and RoHS compliance indicators as part of product traceability.
