RS PRO Stainless Steel E Type Circlip, 4mm Shaft Diameter

Use these compact Type E external circlips as an alternative to larger fastener assemblies by installing them tightly around shaft or bore elements. Insert their tips into an RS external circlips plier, squeezing the handles to open the ends. Finish the installation by installing them over the shaft groove.

Thanks to their semi-flexible stainless-steel construction, these circlips offers quick and easy installation and removal. Their composition also guarantees durability. You can use them with 6 mm shafts and 4 mm groove diameters.

What's more, they're designed to conform to dimensions specified in DIN 471 (BSC SF 14) and BS3673 standards. They're typically used to replace parts from threaded sleeves, rivets and cotter pins to set collars and nuts.
