Overview

The fixed mount barcode scanners feature an auto-focus optical system and support multiple communication interfaces including Ethernet, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, Serial, CAN, and PROFIBUS DP. They utilize a cloning plug type design and offer a maximum reading distance of 2,100 mm with a code resolution ranging from 0.3 mm to 1 mm. These scanners are suitable for reading printed codes on labels and utilize an oscillating mirror sensor type with a glass window material. They are not intended for cold storage applications and have an enclosure rating of IP65. The fixed mount barcode scanner delivers exceptional reading performance, rapid processing speeds, and unparalleled reading accuracy.

Leveraging auto-focus technology based on built-in distance measurement, it ensures height-independent code reading across the entire reading field. Parameterization is straightforward and user-friendly, facilitated by the standard SOPAS ET operating system from SICK. Equipped with SMART+ code reconstruction technology, the CLV69x can decipher heavily contaminated or partially damaged barcodes, as well as those with steep angles of tilt. Its integrated tracking capability allows it to manage standard applications without the need for an additional system controller. Moreover, its innovative connectivity features, including built-in parameter storage, facilitate swift scanner replacement and seamless integration into a variety of applications, enhancing operational efficiency and versatility.
