Conductive ESD Box 89mm (L) 64mm (W) 16mm (H)

This RS PRO conductive carbon polypropylene ESD (electrostatic discharge) box is used to store components that are prone to ESD damage.

Static can cause serious performance issues to electronic components and this happens when two or more objects with different electrical charges come into contact. To avoid this issue it's crucial to store any electronic components in ESD-protected boxes, including when in transit.

For protection, the case is lined with 6 mm high-density foam in the base. The plastic outer case is made from polypropylene (PP), which promises 24-7 shielding due to its highly-conductive properties. The case measures 16 mm (height) x 89 mm (length) x 64 mm (width), so it's compact for transporting between ESD cabinets and electrostatic discharge protected areas (EPAs)

This ESD box complies to ESD S20.20 and EN 61340-5-1 ESD control programmes and it's RoHS ( Restriction of Hazardous Substances) certified.
